This one is easy! There’ll be a tutorial early in the game that tells you how to mark enemies so that you can keep an eye on them. You do this during stealth – aim with L2 and then press L3 to mark them.
You’ll probably do it naturally throughout the course of the game, and you need to mark 30 enemies to unlock this trophy.
