You must retrieve the Cainhurst Summons from the rear entrance to Isofeka’s Clinic in the Forbidden Woods and then defeat The Witch of Hemwick in Hemwick Charnel Lane. You can then return to the main road with the two Executioners and approach the large tombstone for a scene in which a carriage to the Forsaken Cainhurst Castle arrives.

After arriving in the Forsaken Castle Cainhurst:¶

You must defeat Martyr Logarius to obtain the Crown of Illusion , found near the lamp after his death. Equip the crown and approach the throne in Logarius’ Seat to reveal the way to the Vileblood Queen’s Chambers.

Here you will find, Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods and can “Kneel” in the circle of candles before her to join the Cainhurst Vilebloods for the Corruption Oath, Cainhurst Badge , and Respect gesture.

You can now equip the Corruption Oath and kill Hunters, or NPC Hunters, to gain Blood Dregs and turn them in for the Deep Respect gesture.
