Annalise is located in the hidden throne room behind Martyr Logarius’ throne in Logarius’ Seat, accessed by equipping the Crown of Illusions found after beating Martyr Logarius.

If you “Kneel” before Annalise in the circle of candles you can join the Cainhurst Vilebloods covenant to receive the Corruption Oath from the Cainhurst Vilebloods covenant, the Cainhurst Badge , and the Respect gesture.

You can then turn in Blood Dregs, obtained by killing Hunters or NPC Hunters while the Oath is equipped to receive the Deep Respect gesture.

Give the Unopened Summons to Alfred:¶

If you give the Unopened Summons, found on a table in the Vileblood Queen’s Chamber, to Vileblood Hunter Alfred he will kill Annalise. You can then inspect the throne chair for the Queenly Flesh , which can be taken to the Altar of Despair in Upper Cathedral Ward after defeating Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos to revive her.
