You must retrieve the Cainhurst Summons from the rear entrance to Isofeka’s Clinic in the Forbidden Woods and then defeat The Witch of Hemwick in Hemwick Charnel Lane. You can then return to the main road with the two Executioners and approach the large tombstone for a scene in which a carriage to the Forsaken Cainhurst Castle arrives.

After arriving in the Forsaken Castle Cainhurst:¶

You must defeat Martyr Logarius to obtain the Crown of Illusion , found near the lamp after his death. Equip the crown and approach the throne in Logarius’ Seat to reveal the way to the Vileblood Queen’s Chambers, where you can find the Unopened Summons .

After gaining the Unopened Summons:¶

Take the Summons to Vileblood Hunter Alfred in Cathedral Ward, near the entrance to the Forbidden Woods, to receive the Wheel Hunter Badge and he will immediately head off to kill Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods.

You can then speak to him in the Vileblood Queen’s Chamber for the Roar gesture and return to the church in Cathedral Ward, near the Old Yharnam, entrance to find him dead and the Radiance Oath on his corpse.
