Awakening your Legendary Gear in Diablo Immortal improves their stats and allows you to get Resonance.

How to Awaken Your Legendary Gear in Diablo Immortal?¶

Unfortunately, your first step to Awakening a piece of your equipment is to get a Legendary Gem to Rank 10 which can be done so by visiting a Jeweler. Here you’ll need to find other gems of the same type to put into the Legendary Gem in order to increase its Rank. Replaying Elder Rifts in a group of four will give you the best chance of acquiring multiple Gems.

How To Slot Gems in Diablo Immortal?¶

After you’ve successfully increased a Legendary Gem to Rank 10, open up your Inventory Screen and select a piece of equipment you wish to put the gem in, then click on “Socket Gem” and insert your Legendary Gem. Alternatively you slot gems into your equipment by visiting a Jeweler.

How To Obtain a Dawning Echo in Diablo Immortal?¶

Next up, you’ll need to visit the shop and purchase a Dawning Echo from the Materials Section for 1000 Eternal Orbs which will cost you around £22. Finally, return to Westmarch and visit the Master Jeweler to Awaken your equipment!
