Near the Industrial Import/Export Garage, closer to the large ship, you’ll find the Emergency Vehicle Crane. Here, you’ll have to bring the seven emergency vehicles to the yellow-marked area, exit, and the crane will pick up the car.
You’ll get $1,500 per car, and a $200,000 bonus upon finishing. Plus, once you finish, you’ll have unlimited access to the vehicles via GTA3 icons. That includes the legendary Rhino.
