Kendl, Sweet’s and CJ’s sister, is going to see her boyfriend, although Sweet doesn’t approve of him. Sweet orders you to follow Kendl, though, so get in a car and you’ll be told to head to the garage in Willowfield. While this isn’t the sight of the car club that Kendl and her boyfriend are location, it is one of the mod garages in the game. Here, you will be given a Savanna, a lowrider, from someone who owed a favor to Sweet, and it will come equipped with hydraulics, giving it some added flavor. Although not mentioned right now, you will be able to control the hydraulics with the right analog stick, which is nice, but it also disables you from being able to control the camera at the same time.

Back your vehicle into the mod garage to see the available modifications, although you only need to have hydraulics for the following part. Also, the mods that you can do to your vehicle are probably a bit out of your price range for now. Exit the garage and make the long drive over to Unity Station, which is where you need to go next. Drive into the red marker and you will be forced to participate in the Lowrider Challenge. This is a rhythm-based mini-game, where you press the right analog stick in the indicated direction, whenever it enters the circle at the bottom of the screen.
If you are confident in your rhythm skills, then you can wager a lot of money to double your winnings. If you are not confident in them, then the minimum wager is $50. The challenge is pretty easy here, as you need to only concentrate on the right analog stick, and your score is tallied and pitted against the competition. Unless you are really bad with timing things, then you really shouldn’t have too much trouble with finishing this and coming out on top. One little tip is to just concentrate on the bottom of the screen and not get distracted by anything else happening.

Upon winning the competition, there will be a cutscene after it, where you’re introduced to Kendl’s boyfriend, Cesar Vialpando. As soon as that scene ends, you will be finished with the mission.
