Hunt and kill 10 enemies while Perception is active.

This trophy is missable. You need the skill “Eye of the Eagle” for this one, which you can purchase from the blue skill tree. Collect perception plants and use them to activate Perception - this allows you to sense enemies throughout the environment.

Unfortunately, weapon kills do not count for this. Instead, use melee kills with the axe, or perform stealth kills.
