SKILL OF THE PLAYER – DICE WITH THE DEAD¶

In the Market District, at the end of the lower bridge, sits a young boy on a tree stump. Speak to him to learn that he has lost his dice to a man known as Pisco the Dead. Find the man to retrieve the dice for Takiy.

Follow the green waypoint marker on the map to find Pisco. He’s located in a building behind a monolith surrounded by a congregation of villagers. When you speak to him, he’ll ask you to speak with five outcast villagers in return for the boy’s dice.

SKILL OF THE PLAYER – CAST OUT¶

View the map to see that four of the five outcasts have been marked with green circles. Only when you have spoken to the first four do you uncover the fifth.

• From Pisco, head right and go up the steps to find the first outcast.

• The second stands on the upper level that overlooks the first.

• The third outcast is inside a cave to the south. Follow the system of canals to the bottom to find the stone steps that lead into the cave. You can also find Document – Unuratu’s Coronation lying on a table here.

• Exit the cave and look straight ahead for a stone building with an unfinished roof. The fourth outcast is inside.

• Now you can check the map for the location of the final outcast, and she’s not far. When you speak to her, you’ll discover that she is a specialty Merchant who sells items previously unavailable in the game. She will remain available from this point forward in Upper Paititi as well as in Mission of San Juan.

Now you can return to Pisco for the dice, and return the dice to Takiy to complete the side mission.
