After finding the first Base Camp in this chapter, you can collect five plants from the canopy located around the pool of water – the flowers are blue and can be found sitting on tree branches that Lara can perch on.
Simply climb and swing across relevant tree branches until you find five blue flowers. You can use Survival Instincts to highlight climbable branches if you’re not sure.
