The Great Fairy Mask¶
You’ll want to restore the Great Fairy of Magic like you previously did, so go to the Laundry Pool and collect the Stray Fairy then head through North Clock Town and into the Great Fairy Fountain.
She mentions four Great Fairies, one in each of the temples, that needs to be restored. You’ll be collecting the Stray Fairies later using your new mask.
“Beckons Stray Fairies that are lost in temples. The mask’s hair will shimmer when one is nearby.”
The Blast Mask¶
For fun: If you hit Sakon with arrows (obtained later), he and the bomb bag will blow up.
At 12:00 AM of the First Night the old lady from the Bomb Shop will pass by and Sakon the Thief will steal from her. Play the Song of Double Time to skip ahead while you’re waiting for her.
When Sakon takes the bag run him down and slash him to make him drop the bag. The Bomb Shop will now stock the Big Bomb Bag and you’ll receive the Blast Mask.
“Press “B” while wearing it to have a blast! Losing half a heart from the explosion is a side effect.”
Deku Scrub Playground¶
This area is open every day from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Use the Deku Flower near the Great Fairy Fountain to fly over the fence and down the hole.
You can win multiple times a day and winning will earn you a Fishing Hole Pass . Win three days in a row to be rewarded with a Piece of Heart. It costs 10 Rupees to play and the layout of the platforms is different every day.
- Day 1 - Must complete in under 1’15“00. Platforms move vertically.
- Day 2 - Must complete in under 1’15“00. Platforms move horizontally.
- Day 3 - Must complete in under 1’16“00. Some platforms move vertically, some horizontally.
Fishing Hole Pass - Lets you borrow a fishing rod for free. Can be redeemed at either the Swamp or Ocean Fishing Hole.
