Players can find the Draco telescope perched on Raincaller Island. It is easily found on a cliffside overlooking Banges from Raincaller Island. The exact location of the telescope is -734.3, -557.1. You can easily head to this location from one of the teleports in the nearby area, either the one on Cetus Island or the one near the ruin.

You will need to get yourself past some of the bandits in the area, and get to the cliffside tower. Note that this location is also next to a passcode in the stone tower, which is something you can also do while you’re here if you’re interested.

Once you interact with the Draco constellation link telescope, you will open its puzzle. The solution to the puzzle is as follows:

• The blue star in the middle connects to the two orange stars closest to its left and right side.
• The topmost blue star connects with the topmost orange star.
• The second to the top blue star connects with the second to the top orange star.
• The two blue stars at the top connect with each other.

Remember to click off the star if you need to select a new one, as it could mean accidentally connecting two incorrect stars. If you do, feel free to press the reset button on the right side of the screen. It will allow you to clear any incorrect star links to complete the puzzle without incorrect connections.

Completing this puzzle will award the player with one black nucleus, allowing you to go into the special delivery and do one of the cheaper summons in the game’s gacha.
