Assassin's Creed Mirage

How to Get the Notorious Trophy/Achievement in AC Mirage

By
Jarrod Garripoli

You’ll find a number of trophies and achievements in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, many of which require you to perform some kind of specific action. The Notorious trophy/achievement will require you to spend ten straight minutes at the maximum notoriety. This page will detail how to unlock the Notorious trophy/achievement, including tips and tricks on how to avoid enemies.

Being wanted isn’t easy!

How to Unlock the Notorious Trophy/Achievement in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

The description for this trophy/achievement is a bit misleading, as it simply states to spend ten minutes at maximum notoriety. This might lead you into thinking it’s a cumulative thing, but you actually need to spend the ten minutes at once. Also, if you look at the notoriety meter, you will see there are three thresholds, as well as a little bit of a bar after the third one. That bar doesn’t matter at all for this trophy/achievement, unlike with the Poster Boy one, so you just need to reach that third threshold.

So, with that little introduction out of the way, you will need to raise your notoriety. This is easily done by simply killing enemies and people in the city area. Once you reach the third threshold, the game will start sending Shakiriyya after you, who are dual-wielding guards that are quite challenging to defeat. In fact, you want to avoid defeating them, as doing so will empty your notoriety completely. Once you have achieved maximum notoriety, though, the best thing to do is simply run away and try to hide.

(1 of 4) Use whatever means necessary to get away from the guards at full notoriety.

The ideal scenario is to get out of sight from your pursuers and get them off of your tail. While doing this, make sure you avoid wanted posters and the Munadi NPCs, as you don’t want to lower your wanted level here. Going to the rooftops is a great option until you lose the enemies chasing after you. Don’t forget that there are places to hide, like a haystack, or some of the other spots if you wish to try and lose them.

The reason why losing them is ideal is because your notoriety will never decrease below a threshold, unless you either tear down a wanted poster or use the Munadi’s service (or kill the Shakiriyya, if at Tier 3). Once you are free to move around without enemies chasing you, simply wait on a rooftop (out of sight) until you fulfill the ten minutes to unlock this trophy/achievement.
