Ending 7 is one of many alternate endings, which you can obtain during a New Game Plus or by using Continue Plus on an existing save file.
How to Obtain Ending 7¶
To acquire this amusing ending, you must defeat the Time Devourer after the Dario sidequest and before completing Chronopolis.
You probably know what to do by now. Head back to Opassa Beach and fight the Time Devourer with the Time Egg. We imagine you’re an expert Time Devourer slayer by now; otherwise, feel free to check the linked page for tips.

Party-wise, you should have a bigger selection now, especially if you got Serge back. At the least, you should have the Mastermune and the Four Devas (well, three of them).
The ending opens similarly to Ending 6, at Viper Manor. But instead of General Viper addressing his soldiers, he’s addressing the children of the orphanage. Afterwards, Dark Serge and his motley crew visit the bar at Termina and, well, we won’t spoil the rest…
