You’ll acquire $1,500 for completing this mission and Don’t Spank Ma Bitch Up will become available.
Pick Up Misty¶
After you’ve completed the first mission, Give Me Liberty, follow the marker on your rader at the bottom left corner of your screen to Luigi’s Sex Club. Upon arrival, wait a couple seconds Luigi will come out alongside his bodyguard Mickey Hamfists. Here you’ll hear about 8-Ball, then Luigi will request you pick up one of his girls from the clinic in Portland View.

Leave the area and find any nearby vehicle, then press the triangle/Y button to commandeer it followed by Left and right on the D-Pad to find your perfect radio station for the drive ahead. Now drive to the green square on the map which is southeast of your current location and stop your vehicle close to Misty.
Finally, wait for her to get in and drive back to the Club. Park in the blue circle and the mission will come to a close. Exit your vehicle and walk into the blue circle in the alley to begin the mission Don’t Spank Ma Bitch Up will begin!
