Commando is a Specialization used only by the Soldier and Infiltrator classes in Mass Effect 1 once you complete the Assignment UNC: Rogue VI and select it. It’ll increase weapon damage as well as offer improvements to the Immunity, Assassinate and Marksman abilities. Any ranks of Soldier or Infiltrator will be carried over when you take this Specialization.

Improved the recharge time on Immunity by 25%.

Assassin Specialization ¶

Reduces the recharge time on Assassinate and Marksman by 25%.
