My Time at Sandrock

How to Get Hard Wood

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on how to get hard wood in My Time at Sandrock.

In order to obtain Hard Wood, you’ll need to first make yourself a Bronze Axe as your current stone axe isn’t strong enough. Head over to our guide to learn How to Make a Bronze Axe.

Fine Wood Scraps

One way to obtain hard wood is to recycle fine wood scraps, which can be collected from chopping at quality wood scrap piles. There’s a few of these up the hill near the path to Eufaula Salvage.

Chop up quality wood scraps for Hard Wood.

Chopping Deadwood

Another way to get Hard Wood is to chop at deadwood. Deadwood are fallen trees found in the area surrounding your workshop - make sure not to mistake these for living trees! You’re not allowed to chop down trees!

Deadwood can be chopped up for hard wood.
