Catori is an ambitious character who is working to make a better life for her son by moving to Sandrock. She owns the museum and game center and often asks the player to help her improve her businesses. The guide below goes over where to find Catori, how to romance her, and what her liked and loved gifts are.
Catori can usually be found near the museum and game center.
Where to Find Catori¶
Catori is easy to find as she usually stays in the area between the Game Center and the Museum, both of which she owns. She can also sometimes be found walking in the middle of town. She only has 
Krystal in her social network, but getting close to this character will get you Friendship points with Catori.
How to Romance Catori¶
Romancing Catori can be done from the start of the game but gets easier as the game progresses. To get closer to Catori, speak with her each day, give her gifts, spar, play Critters, complete commissions, and go on Playdates when they unlock. Most importantly, though, make sure to complete her quests. You should also note that you won’t be able to date her until act three of the main story, as she is currently working on building a life for her son. Once Catori’s son is back, you will need to complete the Birthday Blues and The Stars Aline quests.
After this is done, you can enter into a relationship with Catori. During The Stars Align, make sure to tell Catori that you want to be more than friends. Doing this will start the relationship. If you chose the wrong option, then you can give her a Heart Knot to start the relationship. This can be purchased from the General Store for 128 Gols. When you are ready to propose, and she has three hearts or 900 points, give her an Engagement Ring. This can be bought from the Mysterious Man on the 20th and 21st of the month for 2,000 Gols. Keep in mind that Alo will move in with you and that you will need a bed for him to sleep in.
Best Gifts to Give Catori¶
Catori likes beauty products and artifacts, especially if they’re from the Techno range. Her loves mostly consist of furniture, with a few other items mixed in. The table below goes over all the items that Catori likes and loves.

You can pick up Catori’s easiest gift, Facial Cream, from the General Store. It’s worth five Friendship Points. Many of the Techno items can be obtained from doing The Breach dungeon and are worth seven points each. We recommend making the furniture that Catori likes when you have the supplies and gifting it to her. Her most loved items are the Armor Display Conch Shell Goddess Statue, Diamond Earrings, Exhibition Stand, Grand Theater, Meowses II Statue, Monument, Premium Wood Desk, Sand Eagle Statue, Seashell Necklace, Working Desk, and Yakboy Sofa. These are all worth 19 points. The quests that Catori has you do will give you a large number of points, so just combine gift-giving with these to win her over.
