Go to Lumiere Orbal Factory and speak with Johannes to begin the Side Quest, Riding the Orbal Waves. In order to complete this quest you’ll need to scan the following locations by pressing [L2/Triangle].

• Location #1 - Outside Lumiere Orbal Factory (102)
• Location #2 - Outside Le Saga Boutique (109)
• Location #3 - Intersection (113)
• Location #4 - Outside Watson’s Weapons & Armor (121)
• Location #5 - Infront of the West Exit (92)
• Location #6 - Infront of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store south entrance (98)
• Location #7 - Infront of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store southeast entrance (117)
• Location #8 - Tram Shop (128)
• Location #9 - Infront of the Plaza Bifrost Department Store east entrance (139)
• Location #10 - Infront of the building in between the Plaza Bifrost Department Store and Imperial Chronicle Building (152)
• Location #11 - Infront of the Imperial Chronicle Building (197)
• Location #12 - Behind the Truck near the Plaza Bifrost Department Store east entrance (175)

Once you’ve finished watching the cutscene, head into the Imperial Chronicle Building to complete the quest. Upon completion you’ll gain a Odin Gem and 5000 Mira.
