The Waterfall is a cavern accessible via the north-eastern section of Skyloft, across the stepping stones over the river. Inside, there are many Chu Chu and Keese, who’ll try to stop Link from reaching the end.

Moonlight Merchant¶

This is very easy to miss. A secret Gossip Stone can be found deep inside the Waterfall, but only once two conditions have been fulfilled:
- You’ve cleared the Goddess’s Silent Realm, which is near the end of the game.
- You visit the Waterfall at night (by sleeping in a bed in Skyloft).
About halfway through the Waterfall, there should be a group of Blessed Butterflies near a small section of raised ground. Play the Goddess Harp near them as usual and you’ll meet the Moonlight Merchant. This shrewd Gossip Stone sells a selection of rare treasures.
