Run down the stairs into a scene where chaos breaks out. You find yourself confronted by a trio of PSICOM Aerial Snipers whose attacks can be very dangerous. The most notable is the MLRS Volley that fires multiple hits at the target and is devastating if all three target the same person. The Slash & Burn followed by Dualcasting method works a treat though so concentrate on Staggering them quickly to avoid the worst of the damage.
They will assault you as soon as you regain control (left) and during battle be careful for MLRS Volley (right).
Keep going and another set of Snipers will dive-bomb you but repel them as before and carry on charging forward. Eventually you will reach another cutscene that finishes this area.
