As for the other perks, the core of your build will always take Bounce Bubble. The Signature Perk allows Steven to do some incredible combos for a support player. The hitstun extension and velocity increase make Steven one of the more reliable supports for landing kill confirms. Steven has plenty of wall bounce combos with the shield platforms and can do some strong aerial combos that make enemies bounce from the floor to the air and back down again.
On the other hand, That’s Flammable is always handy. Steven’s shield projectile makes a good buffer skill that you often use, meaning there are always ways to find extra flammable damage to a target when it’s off cooldown on the enemy.
Lastly, you always want Triple Jump. This is a great addition for Steven since he has a reliable vertical game. He can bubble someone into the air, and use the double jump to get to a platfrom he created. Steven can then wait for the bubble to pop, and chain comboing an enemy to the skybox for a killing blow, even while they are on low health percentage, all thanks to Triple Jump.
All in all, these core perks are easily the best Steven Perks in Multiversus. The other two are optional depending on match-up to help you adapt and beat the differnt comps in the game, regardless of 1v1 or 2v2.
