Following the events at Glanymede Castle, you’ll find yourself back in Ulzebek. You’ll then be tasked to speak to Doc about procuring medicine and then deliver it to the girl who collapsed at the Gates of Fire. Following this event, and before you leave for Cyslodia, return to Doc to begin this Sub-Quest. You’ll only need four Peppers and if you’ve been exploring areas such as Kyrd Garrison fully, you should already have them on you. Hand them over to complete the Sub-Quest and obtain the useful Kebab Recipe which will raise your Attack while active.
