When you return to Ulzebek after the events at the Fagan Ruins, you’ll find a woman near the center of town. Speaking to her, she’ll request that you procure 3 Wheat and 3 Potatoes and it’s extremely likely that you already have this on you already. If so, you’ll be able to turn the Quest in while speaking to her now, if not, make a short trip to the Iglia Wastes and you’ll find an abundance of both of them. Once you give her the necessary items, you’ll complete the Quest and obtain the Steamed Potatoes Recipe, 700 Gald and 190 SP.
