Colony 6 is a settlement that was attacked by Mechon prior to the events of the game, with any surviving people moving to a Refugee Camp on Bionis’ Leg. The first time you have access to the Colony 6 area, there will be a limited section to explore, but it isn’t until later on, once you have access to (and complete) the The Road Home quest, that you will be able to fully complete this map.
