A helmet with a little bit of everything a Barbarian could want… save Magic Find. Still, don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good. This helmet will grant its wearer +2 Barbarian Skill Levels, +2 Combat Skills, a 20% bonus to Attack Rating, Life Leech, +20 to Strength and Dexterity and +30 to All Resistances. It’s a potential end-game helmet that can be fairly easily farmed from Nightmare Mephisto (and later bosses), making it a common sight wherever Barbarians prowl.
