This page explains how to complete the “Exactly 100 Baqua” shop quest in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
Difficulty | Given By | Objective | Reward |
---|---|---|---|
1-star | Rene (Second Street) | Find an item worth 100 baqua | Stamp, EXP: 500, 500 Baqua |
You will unlock this side quest, Exactly 100 Baqua, after finishing Main Quest 6: Trouble in the Quarry. Rene will be located on Second Street, to the right of the Tool Shop, which is unlocked upon completing Profit Chasing. Rene wants to open up a pawnshop, but Gocteau tests him to find something that is worth exactly 100 baqua. Of course, that hunt is put on your hands, so you will need to find something worth exactly 100 baqua.
How to Complete Exactly 100 Baqua¶
Despite the wording of the quest, this one is deceptively easy, as you don’t need to find a specific item. Once you have the quest in your log, head on over to the Residential District Interior area of New Nevaeh. If you don’t know where this is located, it’s to the left of the Residential District, which is off of the Plaza. When you’re there, head left to find a chest in the middle of the area. Open the chest to find exactly 100 baqua, which is what is needed for this quest. Report back to Rene to finish the quest.
Rene will open up a pawnshop, a store where you will be able to sell items for baqua. You will want to be extremely careful selling the resources you gather, as you might require those for crafting or upgrading. There are some items, though, that you can sell without worry, which are the Ancient items that usually pop out of crates and jars. These items are located on the bottom of the item list and usually say it’s safe to sell them.
