This Child Liberation activity can be found in the northwest corner of the City of London borough. This particular activity encompasses a single, tall building containing two groups of children to liberate, a foreman to kill and a pair of alarm bells which we’ll need to avoid activating to complete the optional objective.

As there are multiple alarm bells in this area, I’ve provided a stealthier approach as it is actually faster and easier to avoid the bells (and enemies where possible) in this activity.

Head for the rooftop of the building. Kill the Blighters here and find the entrance leading inside. Enter the building and hang out by the half wall on the left – the foreman is in the next room with another guard and an alarm bell. Wait for the guard to leave before moving in to kill the foreman and sabotage the alarm bell. Kill the other guards when he returns.

Enter via the rooftop to reach the foreman quickly (left). Work your way downwards through the building to find the children (right).

Exit the room via the door opposite the entry and hang out at the top of the nearby stairs until you see a Blighter stop near the bottom. Move down the stairs and assassinate him before moving up and assassinating a second standing against the wall a short distance ahead. Follow this walkway around to the left to find the first group of children [Children 1/2] . Assassinate the Blighter guarding them and then release them.

Return back to and behind the stairs to locate the Sniper on the platform below. Air assassinate her from the railings. From this platform we can drop into another room at ground level containing the last group of children [Children 2/2] . Use Eagle Vision (if you haven’t already) to tag the enemy in the room below and when she is not looking, drop down and assassinate her before freeing the children.

Once you have killed the foreman and freed all of the children, the memory will be complete.
