The Lynch’s Fine Ornamentation Child Liberation activity can be found in the northwestern part of The Strand borough, just west of St. Pancras Station. This particular activity encompasses a group of three buildings and between them there are four groups of children to liberate, a foreman to kill and a pair of alarm bells which we’ll need to avoid activating to complete the optional objective.

As there are multiple alarm bells in this area, I’ve provided a stealthier approach as it is actually faster and easier to avoid the bells (and enemies where possible) in this activity.

The small, western building has a single group of children in the courtyard to its north and is easy to complete. From the small roof above the courtyard you’ll see a stationary Blighter by the children and another Blighter patrolling about. As soon as the patroller looks away from the stationary guard assassinate him and release the children [Children 1/4]. Run over and use the Rope Launcher to reach the top of the main building just to the east before the patroller returns.

The first group of children is by the west building (left). The foreman and two groups of children are in the central building (right).

Kill the Sniper on the rooftop of the central, main building and find the entrance leading inside. Hang out by the by the entrance, take cover and look inside. Here you’ll be able to spot the foreman and a second Blighter guard patrolling set routes around the small room. Use either your throwing knives, or sneak in and assassinate them one at a time. Free the children [Children 2/4] at the back of the room before returning outside.

The eastern building has a Sniper on the roof and you’ll want to kill her. Move to the northern end of the rooftop and look down to the ground to find a group of children below. There are a pair of patrolling Blighters guarding this spot. Wait for them both to reach the children and when the first one starts walking away, perform an air assassination on the other from the rooftop, quickly liberate the children [Children 3/4] and Rope Launch back up to the rooftop.

Find the open skylight on the southern side of the rooftop and head inside. Use Eagle Vision (if you haven’t already) to locate the final group of three children [Children 4/4] at ground level and use the girders at the top of the building to position yourself above. Wait for the Blighter guarding the children to move close to them before performing an air assassination on him and then interacting with the children as quickly as possible (if you are too slow someone might hit the alarm so time is of the essence!).

Once you have killed the foreman and freed all of the children, the memory will be complete.
