After completing all of the Spy hunts and Spy hideouts listed above, you’ll be able to complete the final WWI activity – the Master Spy Hunt. This memory can be started by talking with your WWI associate within the radio room inside the northern tower of the Tower Bridge. After a brief chat, your objectives will update and a green marker placed on the map just to the west of the southern end of the bridge.
As you arrive at the objective marker, it will transition into a green search area surrounding a building. We’ll need to use our Eagle Vision to locate the entrance to the Spy HQ. The entrance can be found inside the building itself on the second floor and you’ll be able to access this area via an open window on the western side or the door on the east side of the building.
At the top of the stairs is a door we can interact with. Inside the room beyond you’ll be prompted to switch on Eagle Vision to locate the Spy lair. This will highlight a series of footprints leading to a glowing bookshelf. Move up and interact with this to reveal a secret hidden room behind it.
Enter the small sub-room and you’ll see four red target markers appear ahead. These represent Templars/Spies that we’ll need to kill to proceed. There is a generator in the room right behind the bookcase that we can sabotage to lure 1-2 of the Templars into assassinations before moving in to kill the rest but in reality you can eliminate the lot of them in any way you see fit (I preferred the throwing knives).
After eliminating all four Spies, a door will open revealing the Master Spy. Attack him and after dealing him a little damage, he’ll drop a smoke bomb and escape.
When you regain control, hop out the window and start chasing the target. We’ll need to kill him and a great way to do this quickly is to highlight him in yellow as you are running and shoot him with your pistol. Hitting him will cause him to stop briefly, allowing you to make up some ground. Do this as many times as you need and when in range, either tackle him or perform an assassination to kill him.
Once the Master Spy is dead, you’ll alert some nearby Spies who’ll move into attack you. Either fight them off or run off, avoid their search patterns and become anonymous. Either way, once you have left the restricted area here you’ll complete the memory.
