As if Queen Mikoto wasn’t enough for our party, we now have to deal with an Anankos-possessed King Sumeragi . You heard right…the father of Takumi, Hinoka, Sakura, and Ryoma.
This map is similar to Chapter 23, the are moving platforms that will go to set locations. There are three corridors, north, central, and south, and all are home to one Dragon Vein. You have to trigger all three to access the boss’s chamber. Your units are divided in two groups of seven. If you’re afraid of being ganged up on, pair up your fourteen units so that they’re all in one chamber together. Then slowly work your way through the three chambers, starting from the north and moving to the south. With each Vein that you trigger, a chain will break from Sumeragi’s chamber.
Once all three chains are broken, Sumeragi’s chamber will first move south, and then north. If you are within Sumeragi’s range, he will freely exit the chamber to confront you, so you can lure him out without being ganged up on by the rest of his passe. As a Swordmaster, he will fall easily to a Ninja’s Shuriken. His high speed and avoid make it difficult for other units except Lance users to hit him, so use a Lance or Shuriken user. He’ll probably double-hit a lot of your units to so make sure you use someone fast! Like…a Ninja!
