Monster Hunter Generations

Slagtoth

By
Vincent Lau

What is this?

Slagtoth are these weird herbivores that look like hippos with green skin and love to chill where it’s foresty but also slightly wet. The oils they produce are highly valued (and in fact Slagtoth Oil is an account item). If not disturbed, Slagtoth will leave you alone. However if you annoy them they will try to headbutt you or body slam you. Not fun. So if you need to kill them, kill them quick, and if you don’t need to, leave them alone! Note that if large monsters injure them, they’ll accuse you of the deed. What a weird sense of justice this world has…
