The Stray Pacifist trophy is one of the trophies that require you to complete the Sewers level without ever killing a single Ziurk during the chapter. For some, this is somewhat of a difficult feat, but it is easily doable with the right tips and tricks. Here is everything you need to know to make grabbing Stray’s Pacifist trophy that much easier.
Stray Pacifist Trophy Guide¶
The Pacifist Trophy is a hidden trophy that requires you to complete the Sewers mission without killing a single Zurk So, do not blast any of the Zurks with your UV light. Otherwise, the trophy is not achievable.
The main technique to ensure the lowest amount of zurks as possible is by avoiding the Zurk nests. These nests tend to have a range in that they pop, typically close. Most of the corridors and rooms have some space you move between nests with ease. Be as agile as possible and sneak without altering the nests.
There are also a few chase scenes in the chapter too. These chases require the usual diving techniques to avoid the Zurks as they try to eat you. There are also plenty of objects to jump on and evade any baddies coming directly for you from the front or the side. Think of these scenes like the Flat chase scene before you made it to the Slums.
The other difficult part is during one of the final sections of the level. A massive wet room requires you to jump across various stone platforms and barrels to unlock the blast door to progress to the next room. However, the area is littered with Zurks that spawn naturally, along with the nests. The trick to avoiding killing these Zurks will require jumping between the platforms and trying to lure Zurks to make navigating to other areas and progress easier.
Tip: Making the Zurks fall into the water does not count as killing them. If you manage to bait the Zurks jump to and land in the water, then you can reduce the number of enemies in the area. It can make it easier if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed.
The final section of the level is another chase scene. Here you can even kill a single enemy as the UV light breaks. You should get the trophy if you made it this far without frying Zurks as you finish the chase scene.
