As with the standard Assassin’s Creed experience, there is a massive number of collectibles littered throughout Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’s vision of London. The majority of these can be found scattered throughout the open world whilst free roaming across the seven main boroughs main islands that constitute the city itself as well as in several of the game’s interiors and throughout the World War I simulation.

Fortunately, there a number of ways to mark these collectibles on maps. Finding and synchronising all of a borough’s viewpoints will unlock locations of Helix Glitches, Chests and Locked Chests on your world map. It is also possible to purchase maps of the more specialized collectibles such as: Pressed Flowers, Historical Illustrations and types of Beer from vendors located around the city.

The collectibles come in a number of different forms. This collectible locations guide will give you a brief description of each type of collectible, a brief intro on how and what they are used for and then a complete list of all of the different collectibles in the game sorted by the game’s major and secondary locations. I have included a brief description for the location of each collectible to assist you in finding them.

The different collectibles include:

Treasure Chests (345)

There is an abundance of treasure chests scattered across the world map. They appear as your stock, standard chest and can be opened by approaching them and using the ‘interact’ button when the prompt appears to do so. These often contain various sums of money and reagents for crafting. These will be revealed on the map in the immediate area once you have synchronized a viewpoint.

Maps with their locations can also be purchased from vendors. There is a map available for each of the seven boroughs.

Locked Treasure Chests (26)

Locked chests appear as gold chest icons on the world map. They can be opened once you have invested skill points into the ‘Lockpicking I’ skill for your assassins. Like the standard chests the locked chests contain money and reagents, but can also hold more useful items including: crafting schematics, weapons, armor and rare crafting materials.

Maps with their locations can also be purchased from vendors. There is a map available for each of the seven boroughs.

Helix Glitches (180)

These collectibles appear as small glowing book-shaped objects (replacing the Helix Shards from previous games). They can usually be found in high up, hard to reach places on top of buildings, ledges or spires and require a great deal of climbing to find. They can also be found floating in mid-air between structures, requiring use of the rope launcher. These will be reveled on the map in the immediate area once you have synchronized a viewpoint.

Almost every pub you find will have one sitting around inside somewhere, so keep your eyes out! Collecting all of the beer bottles will unlock the trophy/achievement ‘Cerevisaphile’ and the Beer Collector Belt for Jacob.

A map entitled ‘1868 Beer Tasting Guide’ can be purchased from a vendor and this will place all of the collectible locations on the map in areas you have explored.
