Talent Academy is one of the new gigs that’ll become available once you can fully explore Dogtown without any restrictions. This mission will lead you to an exhibition hall where you’ll need to look for Fiona’s Office and acquire some data. Read below to find out how to find Fiona’s Office.

How to Start The Talent Academy Gig in Cyberpunk 2077¶
Before you can start the Talent Academy Gig you’ll need to progress through the main story until you’ve completed the mission The Damned. Here Mr. Hands will contact you and ask you to meet with his contact, so track Talent Academy Job via the journal, then head over to the starting location which can be found by heading east of the Terra Cognita Fast Travel.
Where to Find Fiona’s Office¶

When you arrive, approach Hand’s Contact who can be found standing outside the exhibition hall, and speak with him, then enter the elevator and take it down to the exhibition hall. Take a seat at the bar and speak with the bartender and select the following option “None of your biz”, then the glass surrounding the athlete up on stage will crack and he’ll have to temporally close the bar and investigate the situation. Here your opportunity to start looking for Fiona’s Office will open up, so stand up and head through the Personnel Only Door.
You’ll now want to remain crouched when you enter the room, then quickly use the camera to distract the two enemies before opening the shutter and climbing through. Take down the guard and interact with the computer and open the door to the Sports Medicine Room via the Local Network Tab, then head through and quickly disable the camera overlooking the stairs before making your way down the stairs. Enter the room on the left and follow the corridor around whilst crouched, then take a right when you enter the large room.
Should You Accept Fiona’s Offer¶

Take out the enemies (left), and choose to help or destroy Fiona’s Business. (right)
Disable the camera sitting above the door and clear out all of the enemies with a weapon of your choice, then proceed through the Dormitory Door and head left to find Fiona’s Office. Interact with the computer and attempt to steal the data, then when it fails Fiona will show up and she’ll give you the choice to perform a controlled leak or leak all of the data. Your choice here doesn’t have any story impact and there’s a reward locked behind certain options, so it’s another one of those roleplaying choices.
