Head to the slums which is located southwest of Charter St Fast Travel

Once you regain control of V after completing The Heist, meet Dennis in the Afterlife and offer to help him out. Now head to the slums which is located southwest of Charter St Fast Travel.

Find and open the container with “No Future” graffiti on it.¶

Upon arriving at the slums, head over to the hut which is located closest to the water and open the fridge which is inside to collect the package. Call Dennis and he’ll tell you where to go next.

Pick up the person and head to Dennis’ car which is parked outside of the slums entrance. However, there will be a lot of Tyger Claws lurking around, so you’ll have two ways of getting past. Either wait for them to move or use nearby vending machines to distract them or walk along the water to keep out of sight and then walk up the stairs on the left side.

Collect the package from the refrigerator that’s in the hut close to the water (left), then go to Dennis’ car whilst using nearby vending machines to distract the enemies. (right)

Once you’ve reached the car, place the body in the trunk and drive to the location marked on your map. Finally, speak with Dennis to complete the job.
