Storming Castle Harganthia¶
Once you’ve entered the castle, interact with the flower to the left to reveal a chest that contains a Pearl Bangle and uncover the path. Continue north and interact with another flower to the right to open up more of the area, open the chest for the Rune of Impassable Resistance before proceeding through the now accessible doorway. Use the spinning cogs to reach the opposite side of the room and then backtrack to find a chest hiding against a pillar.
Open it for the Anti-Seal Scarf then go back outside and head over to the northeast corner of the left area and interact with the plant. From here, make your over to the southwest corner to find a chest that contains a Rune of Arcane Magic, then you’ll want to make your way over to the southeast corner and interact with the plant in the corner and over to the east. Return to the center of the area and open up the two chests for a Warded Ribbon and Shoes of Flight.
Go back into the castle and make your way over to the northeast corner of the room to find two chests that contains Faded Book, Chapter 9 and a Rune of SP Charge on opposite ends of the path. Now, make your way over to the western side of the room and open the chest for a Mystical Bangle before heading up the stairs and going back outside. Walk up to the area above via the rubble and open the chest for a Turquoise Bangle, then go over to the southeast and southwest corners and interact with the plants to remove some of the branches.
Gear Puzzle¶
Open the chest that’s sitting against the western wall to obtain a Tanzanite Bangle then interact with the plant in the northwest corner. Now you’ll want to head back over to the eastern side and go down the stairs to find another chest that contains a Rune of Rapid Shot. Head back into the castle via the broken window and then you’ll need to adjust the rotation of the cogs to work your way across. To begin, head downstairs, walk underneath the cog, interact with the lever, and then head back upstairs and step onto the cog, waiting for it to take you across.
Take the next set of stairs and drop down onto the platform below, then step onto the cog on the left and grab the chest containing a Ruby Bangle on the other side. Drop down and interact with the lever and then take the stairs back up and drop down onto the platform below once more. Interact with the lever on the right side and then head back upstairs and use these cogs to reach the eastern side of the room. Head up the stairs and interact with the plant and grab the nearby chest for Rune of Runeshard Studies before heading back down.
Make your way back towards the entrance of the room and use the now active cog to reach the exit, but before you go outside, drop down and open the chest for the Elemental Symbol. Once you’re outside, open the chest on the broken bridge for a Rune of Blessed Luck and then interact with the nearby plant to reveal another chest that contains a Material Symbol. Finally, proceed into the next room to encounter the boss, Dead Countess.
