A delivery robot has had its navigational function malfunction and it cannot deliver a package anymore. That’s where you come in, as the robot asks you to deliver a package to the Magical Research Division, to someone named Chip. This place is in the Upper Midtown section, so go up the stairs right by the robot and use the elevator to go to Midtown. Make your way north, up another flight of stairs, then inside the building to find Chip. Speak with him to deliver the package, and he’ll mention that he still needs two jars of Oasis Wonderwater.

You should have a ton of these at this point, but if you don’t, then you can purchase it from the general store in Evermore. Bring these back to Chip and he’ll ask for more items, this time being three Dark Crystals. You can find these from sparkles in the area surrounding Broadleaf, as well as the Factory Floors. You probably have a few of these from Evermore if you have the second set of Mining Camps. Return with these and the quest will be finished.
