It seems a thief is on the loose in Evermore, having stolen some of Cindy May’s wool. After some more information, it appears that the thieves are actually a band of higgledies. They can’t have gotten far, so you will need to search around Evermore for them. They are all found in the level 2 and 3 kingdom areas, with there being a total of five.

Once you’ve found them all, bring the wools back to Cindy May to find out she caught one, too. This will make Hurdehur the Voltigeur join you, plus the quest will be finished.
