You’ll gain access to a variety of abilities throughout Ishimura and this page will navigate you through necessary steps to get the Stasis Module in Dead Space Remake.
What Is The Stasis Module In Dead Space Remake?¶
As you work your way through Ishimura you’ll stumble across a variety of obstacles, such as a door opening and closing quickly. As a result, you’ll be prevented from entering the room, but if you have the Stasis Module, then you can slow the speed of the door down giving you enough time to slip through.
You’ll also come across lots of enemies throughout Ishimura and some move quickly, so the Stasis Module will allow you to slow them down, making it easier to cut off their limbs. Additionally, the story will give you challenging puzzles, which will require you to use the Stasis Module to complete them, such as the How to Replace the Damaged Tram in Chapter 1.
Where To Find The Dead Space Remake Stasis Module¶
The Stasis Module is one of the first abilities you’ll be able to use in Dead Space and it is obtained from Chapter 1. Simply, progress through Ishimura until you reach the Tram Control Room, then enter the Tram Tunnel and head down the ramp to find the Stasis Module sitting on the floor by the door that’s rapidly opening and shutting.
How To Use The Dead Space Remake Stasis Module¶
To use the Stasis Module, simply press the buttons below whilst aiming at your target, such as a door or an enemy and they’ll be slowed temporarily. However, you’ll need to keep your Stasis recharged which can be done at Stasis Recharge Points that are scattered throughout Ishimura.
