This is a guide for the Support Request, Inspection Assistance Wanted, in Day 2 of Chapter 1 of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero.
How to Start Inspection Assistance Wanted¶
As with the majority of the requests in The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero, you will be able to get this from the terminal in the SSS building.
Once you have the details for the request from the SSS terminal, head to Station Street in Crossbell. There, you will want to enter the actual station, which is the only building you can enter in this area. You will view a short scene upon entering it, pointing you towards the inspection officer. Go up the stairs and you’ll find the inspection officer, Quattro, in front of the door with ropes.
How to Complete Inspection Assistance Wanted¶
Quattro put in a request to gain some assistance in an inspection. Specifically, a train going to Erebonia is coming in any moment and he wants your help in making sure nothing dangerous or illegal is on the train. Follow Quattro down the stairs and through the gate marked with a “2” on it. Speak to Quattro once more here to receive an explanation on how the inspection will work. Basically, each character will get their own car to inspect, although you will only be controlling Lloyd here. You will speak to every single passenger in the car, which will follow up with Lloyd also checking everything else.
Choose “Yes” when prompted to start the inspection. As already mentioned, you will need to speak to each passenger in the car, with the groups counting as one entity. That means there’s five sets here, since one is a family and another is a couple. After inspecting everyone, you should be able to leave, but don’t do so just yet. Speak to the family again to learn an interesting tidbit about another passenger, the purple-haired guy on the right side. Speak to him once more to learn he’s being quite suspicious, leading to some bonus DP (+2), and scenes bringing you to the end of the quest.
