You receive this Errand whenever you talk to Rost after finally gaining control of adult Aloy in the beginning of the game. She can be found south of your initial position, so follow path shown on your map or just head straight south, making sure you watch out for any stray Machines along the way, especially Watchers. You’ll know you can reach her when you see a path marked with two stones that read Mother’s Heart.

Follow the trail up to the top to find Grata talking to the All-Mother. Through her own way, you find out that Grata needs some meat, so you’ll have to hunt down some animals and kill them. You will most likely need to use your Focus to find them, as most of the animals are small enough that spotting them will be difficult, although ones such as boars are easier to see. Animals drop different kinds of meat, but it doesn’t matter to Grata, as any will do. Once you have found five pieces of meat, your next objective is to recover her prayer beads from the eastern overlook.

Follow the path given to you on the map to reach the overlook, taking out any Watchers that may be patrolling the base. Cross the gap by hopping from one log to the other, than look for the yellow markings on the cliffside, as they will indicate spots where you can climb. If you’ve played Assassin’s Creed or Uncharted, then you should know how to get to the top. Once you get there, walk to the end of the log and jump onto the zipline. The prayer beads can be found in a small box. You can get down by utilizing the big log to rappel to the bottom, where you just need to return to Grata to finish.
