The Blasted Basarios! Quest becomes available when you reach 2* Hub Quests.

Basarios Location¶
Once you’ve accepted the quest, be sure to consume some delicious Bunny Dango and equip yourself with a Dragon based weapon before departing. You’ll be able to find Basarios in the following locations.

How to defeat Basarios¶

Basarios is a Flying Wyvern which was first introduced back in the original Monster Hunter. This monster has a major weakness to Dragon. Basarios can spray flames from his mouth to defend himself or he can go underground and attempt to knock you over. For an in-depth strategy to tackling Basarios, refer to our separate Basarios page.
