How to Unlock and Complete the SUNDAY Challenge¶
SUNDAY is a Challenge in Saints Row that will unlock after you complete the mission [Body of Evidence]. The SUNDAY Challenge tasks you with completing three objectives:
- Crush 15 Panteros vehicles
- Crush 15 Marshall vehicles
- Crush 15 Idol vehicles
How to Crush Vehicles in Saints Row¶
Crushing vehicles is a simple manner, you just need a big enough vehicle. An Adversary tank will suffice, and these will spawn if your police Notoriety gets high enough (level 5 Notoriety), but you can also find Gargantua during the sixth JimRobs carjacking objective, which will probably prove easier to get your hands on than a tank.
Complete JimRobs carjacking events until you’re tasked with recovering a monster truck. This will take you to the far southeastern corner of the Rojas Desert South region, to a Panteros hideaway (you can find the Captain Eagle collectible near this Panteros den). Parked outside you’ll find a Gargantua, and after you steal and return one for the JimRobs venture you can return to this shack any time to find another Gargantua parked nearby, and the second one you might as well keep for yourself.
Once you have a vehicle that can decorate the asphalt with the squashed remains of your enemies, all you have to do is drive around and smash 15 vehicles from each faction. This isn’t difficult, but it can be time consuming. If you just drive around blindly looking for targets, you’ll find them, but you’ll also likely earn the ire of the police, who will likely give you a more dogged pursuit than the gangs will and make this process more tedious. Another solution is to just summon gangs to you, either by leaving negative @TCHA reviews or by completing the [KAKTS Radio] Venture. The former requires you to do less work initially, and even a moderate review can spawn several gang vehicles. Completing these Side Hustles will also earn you bonus cash and XP.
It’ll still take time and bother to farm the 45 vehicles you need, but at least with one of the above methods you’ll have more control. All that remains is to grind out these objectives.
