The majority of the trophies and achievements in Sea of Stars will unlock simply by doing the various tasks in the game. However, there are a few of them that require you to do something a little extra. One such example is the Me Day trophy/achievement, which has you using the spa in Mirth with each character.
How to Unlock the Spa in Mirth in Sea of Stars¶
Mirth is a town you will find during the course of the main story, so the actual place isn’t optional. However, constructing the various buildings there is optional. Thankfully, you don’t have to do a whole lot of different things to actually unlock these buildings. One of the NPCs found in Mirth is Jirard the Constructionist, who will ask if you have any building plans, should you speak with him. You will receive these building plans by simply finding the Rainbow Conches hidden throughout the game, and then turning them into Mirna in Docarri Village.
To get the Spa Plans, you will need to turn in a total of 39 Rainbow Conches, which is quite a lot since there are 60 of them across the whole game. Once you have the Spa Plans, turn them in to Jirard and he will build the spa in the northwest corner of the village. However, you’re not exactly done just yet, since you need to find an NPC to run the place. This specific NPC is located in Stonemasons Outpost, on the eastern side of the town. He is the one that was bummed about not being able to take a bath on your first visit there.
In order to recruit the NPC, you’ll need to make the water run again in Stonemasons Outpost. This is done by going to the second level of the town and dropping down to the doorway above the one locked door. Go inside and down the ladder on the left side, then use your Mistral Bracelet on the fan to get the water running again. Speak to the NPC again to receive a Rainbow Conch, then once more to send them over to Mirth.
How to Unlock the Me Day Trophy and Achievement¶
Now that you have the NPC there, as well as the spa built, it’s time to work on this trophy/achievement. Enter the building and speak to the NPC, who mentions that it costs 250G to use it. Yes, that is 250G per character, so getting this trophy/achievement is going to be a little expensive. What does going to the spa do for your character? Well, it will increase one of their stats permanently, but they only get to use the spa once. To get the trophy/achievement, you need to have every single character use the spa, so it will put you back 1500G in total.
Check out the How to Farm Money page for more info on getting the gold for this endeavor. Once you have used the spa one time for each character, you will finally unlock the trophy/achievement!
