When speaking with Neloth , a conversation option about his steward Varona will open up this side-quest where he asks you to go and find her.

Find Varona

To get the location of her whereabouts go speak to either Elynea Mothren in the Tel Mithryn Apothecary or Ulves Romoran in Tel Mithryn Kitchen . Her location will be marked on your map, so proceed to the markers location.

When you get there, you’ll spot a number of Ash Spawn around Varona’s corpse. Either kill them and fast travel back to Tel Mithryn or run back without fighting them; it doesn’t matter. Speak with Neloth again and he’ll go ask you to get him another steward!

Find a New Steward

Fast travel to Raven Rock and go inside The Retching Netch and look for the worker known as Drovas Relvi . He’ll be only too keen to start his new job! Now simply fast travel back to Neloth and claim your reward!
