The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition

Heljarchen Hall Homestead Options

By
Seren Morgan-Roberts

This page offers a guide on the unique homestead options for Heljarchen Hall, which is the Homestead built in The Pale.

All the Homesteads are exactly the same except for their unique exterior features and their unique carriage drivers and bards. In addition, should you become thane of the hold, the respective housecarl will move into your homestead.

Heljarchen Hall is in The Pale but overlooks Dragonsreach in the distance.

Heljarchen Hall’s Unique Exterior Feature - Mill

The unique exterior feature of Heljarchen Hall is a Mill, which can be used to make sacks of flour from wheat. You can then use the flour to make recipes such as bread and pies. The Mill is built for 2 Quarried Stone, 2 Sawn Log and 2 Iron Fittings.

The Mill allows you to make sacks of flour to bake baked goods.

Heljarchen Hall: Oriella

When you purchase a Bard from your Personal Steward for 1,500 Gold, you’ll get a specific bard for each homestead. For Heljarchen Hall, you’ll be assigned the bard Oriella.

Oriella is the assigned bard for Heljarchen Hall.

Heljarchen Hall Carriage Driver: Gregor

The Carriage Driver is purchased for 500 Gold. For Heljarchen Hall, you’ll be assigned Gregor. Whilst he never leaves his carriage, he is considered a “resident” of Winstad Manor.
