Mementos are items with a blue hue that reward you with caretaker points, a valuable resource needed to level up your workshop, improving what level your equipment can reach when upgrading them. Later levels will allow you to enchant these items, so Mementos are well worth getting. In general, Mementos are purchased from merchants or hidden within the map. Read on to find out where you can find every Memento in the Dock Town Region.

Up here, you’ll find a chest, and to the left of it, the Memento.
Shifting Map Memento¶
Location |
---|
Smuggler’s Docks |
This Memento can only be obtained later on in the game after you’ve recruited Taash as you’ll need her ability to deal with the crystals blocking the way. Head to the Temple of Andraste in Razikale Walk (north of the map) and enter it. Make your way through the temple until you can head down the stairs, where you’ll find some Venatori and a blue barrier. The Memento is behind the blue barrier, but you’ll need to go around it, as you can’t deactivate it.
To the right of the barrier are the aforementioned crystals that you’ll need Taash for. Burn down the crystals with her ability, and head into the new area. Take the first left and use Lucanis’ Fade ability to build a bridge and go across. Finally, climb up the scaffolding and hug the left wall to find a hole you can drop. You’ll find the Memento on the pedestal against the blue barrier. Note that you will be attacked after deactivating the barrier.
