Missing in Action Starting Location¶
Once you’ve reached the Signs and Portents main quest and have completed the prerequisite quest A City Blighted, then head over to the Antivan Crows Hideout (Cantori Diamond) within Treviso and speak with Chance Candide to get this quest underway. Unfortunately, another Crow has gone missing while reporting on the movements of the Antaam, so he needs you to track him down.
Find The Missing Crow¶
Head over to Fletcher’s last known location which can be done by making your way down to the Heart and Central area via the tripwire, then shoot the boils to open up the route to the Grande Markets. Continue following the path along to the east until you reach the Streets of Coin Financials, then clear out the enemies from a distance as they’ll explode.
Use the nearby lattice and ladder to reach the rooftop, then take out the nearby boils to reveal that Fletcher has become Blighted. You’ll need to take him down, so strip away his shield by using heavy attacks and then you’ll want to start fire-based attacks to hit his elemental weakness and deal large chunks of damage. Its attacks are fairly simple to avoid, just stay outside of the large AoE circles.
Missing in Action Quest Rewards¶
Once you’ve successfully taken him down you’ll want to investigate his corpse, then return to Chance Candide and bring him up to speed to bring the quest to a close. For completing the quest, you’ll get 500 XP, +100 Antivan Crows Strength and the Executioner’s Blade which has the following stats: +30% Charged Attack damage, +25% Stagger dealt by Charged Attacks, Charged Attacks deal Critical Damage vs. Overwhelmed enemies and Charged Attacks deal bonus damage relative to the enemy’s stagger.
