Abernathy Farm Complete quest Returning the Favor Established farm house under electrical tower.Plenty of space for building and crops, no standing water.
Boston Airport Complete quest Shadow of Steel. Airship Down or Precipice of War Cannot plant food, recruitment beacons, scavenging stations or shops.
Bunker Hill Complete quest The Battle of Bunker Hill. Several vendors and already established buildings.
The Castle Complete quest [Taking Independence]. Established external walls and relay tower. Plenty of internal and external build space. Hosts Minutemen-related quests.
Coastal Cottage Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest. Ruins and cave in middle of build area. No standing water.
County Crossing Complete the Minuteman radiant quest. A very simplistic settlement; nothing special.
Covenant Complete quest Human Error or defeat current residents. Established external walls. Numerous internal structures. Very little free building area.
Croup Manor Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Large three-storey structure and monument. No standing water.
Egret Tours Marina Deal with Phyllis - freeform quest Docks, warehouses and other buildings to the west. Plenty of building space to the east. Standing water.
Finch Farm Complete [Out of the Fire] Small established farmhouse. Bridge pylons. Plenty of build space. Enough standing water for a purifier.
Graygarden Complete [Troubled Waters] Established greenhouse. Rocks, cliffs and bridge can impede building. Lots of vertical build space. No standing water.
Greentop Nursery Established house and greenhouse. Limited horizontal building space, but generous verticality. No standing water.
Hangman’s Alley Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Extremely limited build area, established structures/boundary buildings. Exploiting verticality is essential. No standing water.
Home Plate House in Diamond City - purchase from Geneva for 2,000 caps Cannot build structures, resources, turrets, generators. Cannot attract settlers.
Jamaica Plain Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Numerous existing structures, limited build area. No standing water.
Kingsport Lighthouse Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Established house, lighthouse and docks. Moderate horizontal build space, spacious vertical build space.
Murkwater Construction Site Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Ruined structures and abandoned construction equipment. Plenty of horizontal and vertical building space.
Nordhagen Beach Complete the Minuteman radiant quest. Established small shack. Spacious horizontal and vertical build area.
Oberland Station Complete the Minuteman radiant quest. Established railroad tower. Plenty of build space. No standing water.
Outpost Zimonja Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Numerous established structures. Rocks and cliffs impede building. Moderate horizontal build area, great vertical build area. No standing water.
Red Rocket Truck Stop Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Dogmeat dwells here. Established gas station and peripherals. Moderate horizontal build area, great horizontal build area. No standing water.
Sanctuary Hills No prerequisites Numerous established structures, some can be demolished. Massive horizontal build area.
The Slog Established poolhouse and pool. Plenty of horizontal and vertical building space.
Somerville Place Complete the Minuteman radiant quest. Established house, indestructible trees. Uneven terrain can impede building. No standing water.
Spectacle Island Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Build area includes entire island, rendering terrain and existing structures moot.
Starlight Drive-In Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Established theater station and screen. Sizable build area. Pit with radioactive barrels can be cleared for clean water.
Sunshine Tidings Co-op Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Numerous unalterable, established structures. Passable horizontal build area, great vertical build area. No standing water.
Taffington Boathouse Clear the area of hostiles/complete radiant quest Established house and boathouse. Can build over water for more horizontal space.
Tenpines Bluff Complete The First Step Established shack and ruined house. Decent horizontal build area, limited vertical build area. No standing water.
Warwick Homestead Complete [Building a Better Crop] Established water treatment plant. Decent horizontal build area, great vertical build area.
